The following instructions are applicable to currently enrolled students starting with the Fall 2012 semester.

New accounts are available the later of one day prior to the start of the semester or the next business day after you enroll in classes.

Student email accounts are only made available to currently enrolled students.

To log in to Student Email, enter your username and password.

Your username is your LoLA logon name. This is the same username used to access Blackboard. This can easily be verified by logging into LoLA. Your password is your birthday in 6-digit format. See the following example.

The information in bold maroon, in the above example, would be what to input in the username/password blanks of the student email login page. Notice that "@student.bpcc.edu" is not included in the username field. Also notice there are no spaces or dashes used in the birthday. Use lowercase text.
